With the rapid development of the new energy vehicle (NEV) industry and the continuous advancement of charging infrastructure, DC charging stations, as key equipment for fast recharging, are evolving toward higher efficiency, greater intelligence, and better convenience.
Compared with traditional charging equipment, a DC charging station not only performs power conversion and output control, but also handles multiple functions such as user interaction, charging billing, network communication, and remote operation and maintenance. As a key control unit connecting users, charging equipment, and operation platforms, its processing power, communication capability, and system stability directly determine the overall experience of the charging station.
The MH-DC1905T is a billing control unit for DC charging stations independently developed by Megahunt. Integrating display, billing, communication, and device management functions, it provides reliable core control support for the intelligent upgrading of charging stations.

Multi-core Processing Architecture Meets the Multi-task Processing Needs of Charging Stations
The MH-DC1905T is built on Megahunt's MH1905 chip, centered on a Cortex-A5 processor and combined with a customized Linux system, supporting multi-task processing during charging station operation.
The solution supports 7-10 inch high-definition touchscreens, enabling charging status display, user interaction, payment information presentation, and more, while handling system tasks such as charging control and backend communication, delivering a richer human-machine interaction experience for the charging station.
Multiple Communication Methods Enable Flexible Networking of Charging Stations
Charging stations usually need to connect with operation management platforms for device status monitoring, remote management, and data exchange. The MH-DC1905T supports Ethernet, 4G full-band, and other communication methods, allowing flexible networking solutions for different application scenarios.
In terms of network protocols, the solution supports TCP/IP, UDP, MQTT, HTTP, and other common protocols, meeting the networking communication and platform integration needs of charging stations.
It also supports 4G Internet access via China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom, combined with automatic NTP time synchronization, improving the convenience of connected operation.
Rich Interface Configuration Enhances the Extensibility of the Solution
To meet the complex system connection requirements of charging stations, the MH-DC1905T provides a rich set of hardware interfaces, including Ethernet, CAN, USB Host, SD card, SIM card, ESAM, PSAM, RS-232, RS-485, LVDS display interface, isolated digital input/output, and audio interface, satisfying the function expansion needs of different types of charging equipment.
Among them, the RS-485 interface supports isolation protection and can be used for device communication connections, improving the system's ability to operate stably in complex industrial environments.
Industrial-grade Quality Ensures Stable Operation of Charging Equipment
Charging stations are usually deployed outdoors, which places high demands on equipment reliability. The MH-DC1905T has passed EMC certification and can operate stably under environmental conditions such as electrostatic discharge, RF radiation, and high/low temperatures, enhancing the stability of the charging station.
The solution supports wide-voltage DC 9V-36V input, with reverse-polarity protection and overcurrent protection to adapt to different power supply environments. It also supports an operating temperature range of -30℃ to +50℃, meeting outdoor charging equipment application scenarios.
Custom Development Support for Diverse Application Needs
To meet the product needs of different operators and charging equipment manufacturers, the MH-DC1905T supports customized development of display interfaces, charging processes, backend platform integration, and more, helping customers build charging products that fit their own needs.
From device control to user interaction, and from local display to cloud management, the Megahunt MH1905 DC charging station solution provides an integrated control solution for DC charging equipment through high-performance processing, rich communication interfaces, and a stable software system, helping NEV charging infrastructure advance toward greater intelligence and efficiency.
